Client Agreement – AdVantage Ads

By working with AdVantage Ads (including any of our sub-brands such as TechSell Boosters, RemedyFunnels, GlowLead Plug, etc), you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding how our services operate, how payment works, and what you can expect during and after your advertising campaign.

1. Our Service Scope

• Ad creative design (images/videos/text)
• Audience targeting and campaign setup
• Weekly campaign monitoring and optimization
• Delivery of leads or orders via WhatsApp or Google Sheet
• Optional landing page or funnel setup (where applicable)

Clients may choose between:

• WhatsApp DM Campaigns — leads message you directly
• Funnel Campaigns — we collect customer orders through a form and record them for you

We run all ads using our own verified ad account and Facebook page. You do not need to have your own page.

2. Setup Fees & Ad Budget

• WhatsApp DM Campaign Setup – ₦30,000
• Order Funnel Campaign Setup – ₦50,000
• Weekly Ad Budget – From ₦30,000 to ₦50,000 depending on the campaign type and your goal

These payments must be made before your campaign begins.

3. Weekly Ad Management Fee

• ₦7,500/week for WhatsApp DM campaigns
• ₦10,000/week for Funnel campaigns

4. Campaign Extension Policy

• You can extend by simply topping up your ad budget + weekly management fee
• No new setup fee is charged unless a new product or strategy is required

5. Creative & UGC Policy

• UGC Cost: ₦20,000 (optional)
• You own the content and can reuse it

6. Lead Handling & Fulfillment

WhatsApp DM Campaigns: Leads are sent to your WhatsApp — you close the sale.

Funnel Campaigns: Orders tracked in Google Sheet. Optional sales confirmation available (₦2,500–₦3,000 per order).

7. Pay on Delivery (POD)

POD increases conversion. We add ₦5,000 for logistics to the product price. You handle the delivery.

8. Refund Policy

• Setup fees are non-refundable once work starts
• Ad budgets are non-refundable once live
• If cancelled before launch, partial refund may apply

9. Performance Disclaimer

We don’t guarantee sales. Results vary based on product and market. We commit to full transparency.

10. Communication & Support

Support available via WhatsApp and email. You’ll get updates and direct access to your Client Success Manager.

11. Legal

Products must be genuine and comply with Nigerian laws and Meta policies. We reserve the right to cancel if violations occur.
